a distance,s
eyes spot,
A black dot with a white line,
A white dot with a black line,
UMOs!
(Unidentified Moving Objects)
Zig zag lines,
Brush strokes,
Flash across the horizon,
Crisscross, |
|
Streak
across the landscape,
Flutter like butterfly wings,
Wave like flags from rooftops,,
across treetops,
from under leaves,
over branches,
behind flowers,
under balcony walls,
across window panes,
under sofacovers,
across grass fields,
till one day,
upclose and face-to-face,
The black dot with a white line,
and
The white dot with a black line,
are none other than,
the Neighbourhood cats,
Breeze and Flash,
engrossed,
in joyous conversation,
and companionship
