Rats do a catwalk on the silver screen

Pesky
creatures! At their worst and cute and adorable at
their best, love them or hate them, rats are survivors
of urbanization. Most cities of the world have a sizable
rat population. An interesting and useful task that
rats take on singlehandedly is that of clearing cities
of vermin.

Therefore,
many municipal corporations and people living in cities
have much to thank the lowly rat for. That rats have a very
well organized social communication system stems from some
very interesting observations.
James
M. Felter has recently made a film with much grain to mull
about. The film titled RATS is all about Washington's rat
population. An urban landscape with its poets, artists,
philosophers, beggars and thinkers give shape to the social
reality of evolving rat communities.
