Parrot Brains Meet for Aves 2003

Organized
by the Northern Rivers Avicultural Society bi-annually
since 1993, AVES is the time when the parrot brained
wizards meet. This year AVES has participants from
over 25 countries.
Starting
from 22nd August, in Grafton NSW Australia AVES is
a spectacular feast of information. Since it's a non
profit organization, registration fees are $600 Aust
and includes travel accommodation, breakfast and entry
fees.

Some
luminaries include -William Horsfield...RSA who will speak
on African aviculture and breeding complexes while Col Gunter
will talk about Australian King Parrot Mutations.Steffen
Patzwahl from Germany will be there too to share his experiences
about Europe's Bird Parks.
Artist
Gordon Hanley will speak about capturing birds on canvas
and Peter Odekerken on Parrot photography. Other eminent
speakers include Della Low, Walt Frey, Bob Doneley , Marcia
Weinzettl Pinherio, Russell Mc Alister, Neville Connors,
Jean Patterson and Debra McDonald. The list of expert speakers
is long and the time is short. All one can say is that don't
miss out on AVES 2003!
