Method
1.Choose a suitable piece of driftwood - one with little wedges where you can tie strings and bells. The piece of driftwood that you choose should be light enough to be hung.

2.Now to one end of the string tie the tinkling bells and to the other end tie a few strands of your cat's fur.

3.Tie at least 4 strings for each piece of driftwood
